Website analytics

If you allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to measure visits, traffic sources, device information, approximate location and clicks on reservation and checkout buttons. This helps us understand whether the TrialPro offer is useful.

Google Analytics uses cookies to distinguish browser visits. We do not send your name, email address or payment details to Google Analytics. Advertising features and Google signals are disabled. We send only selected campaign labels from the page address; don’t put personal information in campaign links.

Google processes analytics data on its infrastructure, which may be outside your country. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services and Google’s privacy policy.

Your choice

Google Analytics is not loaded until you choose “Allow analytics.” You can use the website and pay without allowing analytics. We remember your choice in this browser for up to six months. To change it, use “Analytics preferences” in the landing page footer. Declining stops future analytics tracking and removes this site’s Google Analytics cookies; it does not erase information already collected.

Payments and contact

Stripe processes presale payments on its own checkout page. We use the payment and contact information available in Stripe to manage reservations, provide access and handle refunds. TrialPro does not receive or store your full card details. See Stripe’s privacy policy.

If you email us, we use your message and contact details to respond and manage your request. Hosting providers may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website.

Access and deletion requests

Email the address above to ask about access to or deletion of personal information we hold. Payment records may need to be retained for accounting or other legal obligations. Analytics is not linked to your email or reservation, so we may be unable to identify an individual analytics record.
